Purpose
Cornstock is a rock/folk charity music festival organized to raise funds for the Hogar Rafael Ayau orphanage in Guatemala. This is an All Ages, Family Friendly event. (Due to insurance, liability, permit requirements and licensing restrictions, no alcohol is permitted at this event.)

Cornstock will be held Saturday October 24th, 2009 (Rain date Sunday October 25th, 2009 – check this web site the day of the festival for weather info.)

Grounds, trails, pony rides and concessions open at 2:00 p.m.; music from 3:00 till 7:00 p.m.
top ^Location
Cornstock 09 will be held in the beautiful secluded little cove along side Cornstalk Creek in a clearing in the woods below the McCulloh residence. The McCulloh residence is located just north west of Ladoga, Indiana at 4592 E 750 S.

Free parking available in the pasture/field on the concert site.
top ^Admission Fee
The admission fee is $5.00 per person; children under 13 admitted free. Additional donations accepted. 100% of the admission fees will be donated to the Hogar Rafael Ayau orphanage

- Portable toilets available at the concert site.
- Limited seating provided; bring a lawn chair.
Trails
Over a mile of easy walking trails through the wooded grounds will open at 2:00 p.m. Maps available.
top ^Pony Rides
Quarter horses “Cowboy” and “Keva” will be at the concert site from 2:00 till 4:00 p.m. for halter led rides along a wooded trail. ($1.00 & $3.00 rides. All proceeds to the orphanage)

Plenty of food and refreshments will be available for purchase during the festival. All proceeds will be donated to the Hogar Rafael Ayau orphanage.
Food and refreshments will include:
- Soda
- Coffee from Guatemala. Custom roasted here on site the week of the festival and available by the brewed cup and as whole beans by the pound and half pound.
- Hot Chocolate
- Buffalo pepper steak stew served from an iron kettle simmering over an open fire
- Chili served from an iron kettle simmering over an open fire
- Hot dogs to roast over the camp fire. Fixins for Coney Dogs
- Nachos
Cornhole
Play a game of Cornhole to benefit the orphanage! ($1.00 per person per 11 point game)
